Good day! I am Varduhi, the founding director of WIP company. <\/span><\/p>\n

When I write my speech, I don’t use any artificial intelligence tools because I want it to be truly mine and come from my heart. <\/span><\/p>\n

Before I tell you about WIP, I’d like to tell you a little about myself. <\/span><\/p>\n

I was born in 1982 in Yerevan. I started working at a very young age. Naturally, I performed a number of challenging jobs that were very difficult at the time, but later, that experience played an invaluable role in my development as a person and a professional. <\/span><\/p>\n

I began my professional career in 2000. I\u2019ve worked in various fields, including sociological research, customer service, marketing, and human resources management. <\/span><\/p>\n

All the professions mentioned above have one thing in common: they all involve working with people and are about people. <\/span><\/p>\n

Especially in the last 15 years, I have held leadership positions, working in a number of Armenia’s largest companies. <\/span><\/p>\n

Seven years ago, I founded WIP consulting company. Since then, the number of partner organizations we’ve collaborated with has exceeded 30, and, to my delight, it’s growing every day. <\/span><\/p>\n

I have 3 children, who are undoubtedly my most successful projects. <\/span><\/p>\n

Welcome to WIP \u2013 Work in Progress, a company that\u2019s all about human happiness and business efficiency. After all, people are happy when they are productive, and vice versa. <\/span><\/p>\n
