On March 6, 2026, Varduhi Harutyunyan, the Director of WIP, conducted a seminar for the members of the Club Capital Business Club on the topic of \"Ego Management\".

During the seminar, participants discussed the manifestations of the ego in the daily activities of leaders and their impact on decision-making, communication, and team collaboration.

Attendees had the opportunity to analyze real-life work situations, identify their own behavioral patterns, and understand how the ego can limit effective leadership.
