The founder’s story
Good day, I am Varduhi.
I was born in 1982 in Yerevan and began working at a very young age. The varied—and sometimes difficult—work I did in those early years later played an invaluable role in my development as a person and a professional.
I began my professional career in 2000. I have worked in sociological research, customer service, marketing, and human resources management. All these professions have one thing in common: they involve working with people and are fundamentally about people.
For more than 15 years, I have held leadership positions, working in major Armenian organizations and with teams of very different sizes. In 2018, I founded WIP consulting company to bring together the ideas of human happiness and business effectiveness.
