Good day! I am Varduhi, the founding director of WIP company.
When I write my speech, I don’t use any artificial intelligence tools because I want it to be truly mine and come from my heart.
Before I tell you about WIP, I’d like to tell you a little about myself.
I was born in 1982 in Yerevan. I started working at a very young age. Naturally, I performed a number of challenging jobs that were very difficult at the time, but later, that experience played an invaluable role in my development as a person and a professional.
I began my professional career in 2000. I’ve worked in various fields, including sociological research, customer service, marketing, and human resources management.
All the professions mentioned above have one thing in common: they all involve working with people and are about people.
Especially in the last 15 years, I have held leadership positions, working in a number of Armenia’s largest companies.
Seven years ago, I founded WIP consulting company. Since then, the number of partner organizations we’ve collaborated with has exceeded 30, and, to my delight, it’s growing every day.
I have 3 children, who are undoubtedly my most successful projects.
