Leadership development program for the management team

In today’s world, being a leader is no longer just a position but a mindset. What matters is not only to manage, but also to be able to understand people, adapt quickly to change and build teams based on trust.

It was with this approach that a 1.5-month leadership development program was delivered for the management team of the credit organization Mogo Armenia.

The program consisted of thematic sessions aimed at developing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, team collaboration, communication, strategic thinking, decision-making and change management, combining theoretical foundations with practical application. The sessions included practical exercises, psychological models and analysis of real business situations, which enabled the managers to identify their strengths and improve the effectiveness of their interaction with their teams.

The course further strengthened these experienced managers as true leaders, and the advantage of knowing themselves better will surely accompany them on the road to future successes.
