KPI system effectiveness assessment and consulting program

WIP’s experts assessed the company’s existing KPI system and provided consulting aimed at improving its performance management mechanisms.

The project also included professional training on OKR and KPI methodologies, aimed at developing the team’s knowledge and practical skills so that these tools can be applied effectively in the organization’s management systems going forward.

The project was aimed at linking the organization’s strategic goals with employees’ individual results, setting measurable objectives and developing a results-based management culture.
